First of all well the show was great, I mean if you forget the fact that br5-49 was doing the first part which me and my brother spent all that time laughing because of the bass player who was looking like he was having the time of is life and the drummer which looked more like someone in a pre-suicidal phase. Another not bad but not enjoyable thing were all the crazy ani fans who started rushing in the aisle in front of the stage, leaving me and my brother with front row seat a little bit dissapointed. We had to struggle to keep our place -that is standing up in front of our seat- 'cause sitting was not really an option here. There were a couple of cookie ladies who shouted every time ani said fuck or something close to that word. They danced like there was no tomorrow but all in all they stayed mostly quiet, shouting when it was time to shout, listening when ... well you get the picture. Anyways it was my first ani concert ever and i enjoyed it very much, she can really get the crowd going. At one time she thanked the public for listening to her because she said the gig she was at last night didn't pay much attention to her "they looked more like the were renovating or something" really funny thing
After the first and only encore which was really amazing (i love when ani recites her lyrics like a poem-thing can't remember how she calls it) andy looked at ani and said something like "what do you what to do know" as the crowd was asking for more, and she smiled, bowed and said something like "we have to go" but she really looked as thougt she had enjoyed herself. I think personally that if she had fun playing, that is the only important thing 'cause there is not point doing something you dislike even if you get paid for it or something.
For the dylan show the security crew tried in vain to clear the aisle so that the people in the first rows could sit down and enjoy the show and actually see something (i remember being pushed so hard by a little lady who really seem furious because of all the people were blocking her way) so they started checking tickets and telling people to go back to their seat but when the show started people jumped over the benches and went to the front so a big security guy came to me and my brother asking for our tickets with a malicious smile, when he saw that we were where we belong the other security man with him said "it's not them [who are at the wrong place] it's everybody else" me and my brother laughed a lot after that incident. My last anecdocte is about a guy behind us who was trying to do a bootleg of bob dylan's show. Since i'm opposed to bootlegging shows if the artist doing the show doesn't want you to, I spend all the show shouting and laughing and making crazy noise to ruin the guy's bootleg... yeah maybe that was a little selfish, but hey I had fun...
